Toilet Paper Magazine
The world-famous Magazine and Creative Studio Toilet Paper, has its home just steps away from the House of Stories. Although the venue of Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari’s project is not open to the public, one thing is certain: the outdoor murals are perfect to add color to your Instagram feed.
Teatro Menotti
Plays, music, signature comedy: the rebuilt former X Cine is now the home of Teatro Menotti, run by the Tieffe Teatro company. Check out the year’s programming.
Bar Basso
More than a bar, an institution: Bar Basso is one of the historic places of Milano da Bere. In this corner of Via Plinio, for more than 50 years, tourists and Milanese have been meeting for drinks and to taste Negroni Sbagliato, a cocktail invented right at Bar Basso.

From Malpensa airport
Take the Malpensa Express to Milano Cadorna or Milano Centrale and then get on the green line of the metro to Piola
From Linate airport
If you choose to take a cab you will arrive in about 15 minutes. If you prefer public transportation instead, take bus 73 from the airport to Piazza Emilia stop, where you can take bus 92 to Viale Abruzzi Via Plinio.
From Orio al Serio airport
Take the Orioshuttle to Milano Centrale then get on the green line of the metro to Piola stop, which is a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

Get on the green line of the metro and get off at Piola, which is only a 7-minute walk from the hotel.
By car
Follow your GPS directions to the House of Stories, where you can leave your car to unload your luggage. The facility does not have indoor parking, but our staff at the front desk will be able to direct you to convenient covered parking within walking distance.
